What is processed, and why
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
Your WhatsApp number (wa_id) | The message you send to the bot | To deliver the notifications you asked for |
| A random token and a name for your NAS | Created when you press the button in the panel | To know which install a notification came from |
| Event texts (what finished, what failed) | Sent by your NAS | They are the message |
| Timestamps and delivery statuses | Us and Meta | Retries, the 24-hour rule, the daily limit |
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by sending the pairing code. Withdraw it at any time
with STOP or by unlinking.
How long
Until you unlink. Events are deleted after 30 days. STOP stops delivery immediately and keeps the
link so that START can restore it; unlinking removes number, token and events.
Who else sees it
Meta Platforms Ireland, as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform, in order to deliver the message. Nobody else. Nothing is sold, no profiling, no advertising.
Where it is kept
On our server in the European Union, in a database that is not reachable from the web.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the Polish DPA (UODO). Write to facebook@qnapclub.pl or use the deletion page.
